Please download our house contract and sign it. Your spot is officially reserved once we receive your contract, damage deposit, and supplies fee. Signed contracts must be mailed to:

Rates

Along with your signed contract, please mail a check payable to “Relevance” for the $200 damage deposit and $75 supplies fee. These can be combined into the same check.
